The staff was courteous and very helpful! They assisted me with extending my stay, they helped me when I got locked out of my room and they gave me directions to places I needed to go in the surrounding area. They resolve an issue I had with the deadbolt and they brought me more blankets. They were great.

The room was in good condition. Clean. Walls and floors are paper thin. Could hear everyone's foot steps, can hear conversations and car hear all vehicles going down the freeway. If you want to rest, this is not the place. But yes, it was clean and nice.

The room was still filthy, hair on the floor and toilet. The room was dusty and the counter was sticky. We've stayed here before and the room was spotless, this time it was horrible. Besides being dirty, it was very loud throughout the night. Didn't get much rest.

To be honest with you, the rooms needed a little bit to be deep clean. There is lots of dust under the beds and mirrors were not clean.
