This hotel is HORRIBLE. The front staff were very unprofessional. I checked in early online and when I got to the desk, it still took 30 minutes and then we did not get the room we requested. Jesus did put us in a room with two kings to compensate, however, the room was filthy. There was still food and sticky substance on the table. The phone in the room did not work and the toilet had problems. When we called on our cell phone to the front desk, the answer was "well, the hotel is fixing the issues, they have had problems for a few days now." Then, we went to the spa/pool, and found out they had been closed for at least a week. This is supposed to be a Wyndham property, but it does not hold up to the standards he should.
