Room had several issues - light between the beds was not working, the TV had a dark bow from side to side that made it difficult to view, the bathroom had an improperly flushing toilet, shower that flooded the room, and the sink had decreased flow on the cold side compared to the hot. In addition, the elevator was questionnable. Door would close super slow when stalling, do NOT use when rooms are being cleaned

The staff was amazing! It was more about the room and its condition. I feel that La Quinta can do much better for their customers. The stuff I saw in my room really didn't make me feel comfortable and made my kids feel safe. A lot needed to be done in the room including bathroom to look CLEAN. Again the staff were amazing and the cleaning ladys too! Just the room was not in its best condition.

The only issue I had was to many kids crying and running in the hallway. I went to have a good night sleep and I couldn't due to this. Hotel should have the choice to select a child-free room; or make the walls sound proof.
