Very happy with our stay, the hotel is pet friendly and we could bring our puppy with us. Very friendly staff and they gave us the late check out option that was much needed! Across the street is Edinburg regional hospital so if you travel for work it is very convenient. We will defer stay again for sure :) Thank you

Room was clean, however restroom seem to have sewage drainage problems. Breakfast area had limited food - either had items that were running low or simply out of stock and not enough staff to replenish food, no cutlery available and not enough seating area when hotel is busy during breakfast hours.

We have stayed at 3 different Home2 hotels in the McAllen area, and this was the first to not prioritize repeat business. I imagine our next trip will not include Home2 on Trenton.

La habitación es tal cual las fotos, como mamá de una bebé agradezco todas las amenidades de mini cocina que hay en el cuarto como un fregadero, refri con congelador, platos, vasos, etc etc, la habitación muy limpia, el agua caliente (solo que si tienes que regularle por qué si le abres a todo hasta el punto rojo sale casi fría, vi muchos comentarios de que no hay agua caliente: si hay, pero tienes que moverle a la regadera para encontrarla jajaja) el único detalle sería que no hicieron la limpieza de la habitación pero en recepción nos dieron toallas limpia y papel higiénico, además de que hay botes grandes de basura que te ayudan un montón ! El desayuno muy bien, solo no había cubiertos a las 7:00am (como que se le hizo tarde al encargado) pero en unos minutos ya había y todo ok. Tiene cerca todas las tiendas que nos gustan y sin ajetreo de McAllen, muy satisfecha ! Si regresamos sin dudarlo!

I CALLED 3 DAYS BEFORE AND REQUESTED AN EARLY CHECK IN DUE TO A WEDDING MY FAMILY HAD TO BE AT 345. I GOT TO HOTEL THEY WERE SO RUDE I HAD TO GO TO HOTEL NEXT DOOR AND BOOK ANTOTHER HOTEL! THEY SAID THERE WAS NO EARLY CHECK IN SO WE ENDED UP WITH TWO HOTEL ROOMS! I HOPE YOU HONOR YOUR PROMISE OF A FREE NIGHT OR AT LEAST A FULL REFUND!
