Bad restroom

We stayed at the hotel for the pony softball international tournament. Hotel was very clean and friendly staff. 1st night toilet was backed up. Staff came in a plunged it. 2nd night they just left a plunger at the door. And didnt ask anything else. Next day I spoke to the front desk and they said they would send someone. I tried using restroom everywhere but my room scared it was going to back up. Poor service and that is because its a new hotel

This was an exceptional stay! Tim and all the staff were very professional and courteous upon entering the lobby. My family and I look forward to staying here again in the near future. Our breakfast was also very friendly and helpful.
