This was my first time staying there and I will be back. I stayed in room 254 and the AC worked great. I didn’t use the bar/swimming pool or restaurant. It was a quick check in and Iris was very hospitable.

The hotel was surface clean, needs a deep clean and needs to be freshened up. You can hear everything, the door gap on the bottom is huge, we heard other guest coming and going including conversations in the room next door. The hotel is beautiful but needs some love. The bar was the best part, Eric, the bartender was fantastic. Location was good.

The staff was incredibly kind and helpful! I needed to check in a few hours early since I was attending a wedding at 5 PM and regular check-in wasn’t until 4 PM. The front desk went above and beyond to accommodate me, and I was so thankful they made it happen. The room was beautiful, and strolling around the hotel truly felt like a vacation within a vacation. I’d recommend this hotel again and again—and I’ll definitely be back!
