Contemporary villa with a large swimming pool heated by the solar system secured for children of 60 square meters. The pool can be protected for children if you wish. A Tiguan SUV car in very good condition is available for rent in addition if you wish with the villa.La rental is composed of 4 air-conditioned bedrooms with bathroom and dressing room, modern air-conditioned living room and dining room on the first floor, fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, kettle, oven, bread grey, hob, Nespresso machine, pressure cooker, dishes etc.), laundry room with washing machine, vacuum cleaner.
The villa is equipped with solar energy which is included in the rental. The heat pump for the pool and the air conditioning are connected to the national grid which is to be expected. There is no power cut which is recurrent in Senegal, because the house is equipped with solar panels with batteries, a poolhouse with garden furniture, deckchairs with mattresses, and a large courtyard and a garden and a large terrace on the 1st floor with pergola offers a superb view and an outdoor lounge

La maison est très agréable et spacieuse.L'accueil et l'entretien sont parfaits.La maison est un peu éloignée du centre. Il faut une voiture pour faire des courses. Mais en contre partie c'est très calme eton n'entend que le chant des oiseaux.

La maison est spacieuse, très calme et agréable. Peut être quelques ajustements concernant le chauffe eau et la pression de l’eau. À part cela le gardien et la dame qui s’occupent du lieu sont très à l’écoute et accueillants.
