To be honest everything. The room was full of dead ants when we arrived, including on the bed which we had to clean ourselves. And during the day, the water turned off and when we called reception, they were briefly rude and abruptly ended the call. The restaurant’s food was terrible as well and overpriced, we asked for a menu and did not receive one and were charged buffet price for left over food (which we didn’t even get to choose). Also, we made the mistake of booking a massage to relax, the massage itself was okay, but the room and equipment were dirty and the payment was complicated for no reason. The reception lady gave us false information about the payment, and denied it rudely after. Which confused us and the massage lady. I would not recommend this place to anyone and would never come here again. It was a shame since the local people are nice and most staff were also nice but this made me feel very negatively about the place.

J'ai aimé la chambre et les jardin Par contre au niveau restauration ce n'était pas digne d'un 4* Pas beaucoup de choix au petit déjeuner et la chaßne du froid est inexistante. La piscine a une eau verte qui ne donne pas du tout envie de s'y baigner. Heureusement que nous avions accÚs à la piscine de l'hÎtel d'à cÎté. Le personnel est trÚs gentil. C'était la saison basse donc pas d'animation

hĂŽtel en travaux au niveau de bar et restaurant du matin au soir donc impossible de profiter de la piscine Ă  cĂŽtĂ©. chambres vĂ©tustes donnĂ© aux clients malgrĂ© des chambres rĂ©novĂ© rĂ©servĂ© Ă  un partenaire privilĂ©giĂ© ? de toute façon travaux Ă©galement aux niveaux de ces nouvelles chambres donc impossible de se reposer en journĂ©e ! surfacturation de notre note qui est passĂ© de plus de 100000 CFA Ă  64000 CFA devant notre assistance Ă  avoir le dĂ©tails et de ce fait menace d'appeler la police si on ne payer pas alors que noous voulions bien rĂ©gler notre note mais rĂ©elle et non celle surfacturĂ© ! des commentaires Ă©logieux incomprĂ©hensibles Ă  part peut ĂȘtre le fait qu"il soit laissĂ© par un excursionniste que arrive au soir et reparte le matin avant que cet hĂŽtel se transforme en champ de bataille !

Not an hotel at all!

Booked for 3 nights and di not stay even a couple hours. No one on site. No electricity, no water. Security is of great concern. the beach is not existing at all. I am still awaiting my refund as all amenities listed are either not existing or not usable. As a general manager of a 4 star hotel myself in the US, I highly recommend Expedia to pull this place out of the list.
