Villa "Oasi Bubbonia" with Pool, Wi-Fi, and Air Conditioning

Magnificent and unique rustic-style villa in the heart of Sicily, surrounded by enchanting countryside where peace and relaxation meet. Its strategic location allows you to easily reach top attractions: Piazza Armerina with the famous Villa Romana del Casale, Aidone (Venus of Morgantina), Caltagirone known for its ceramics, and the southeastern coast of Sicily. We recommend having a car to comfortably explore the area.



The villa is spread over two floors: on the ground floor, a bright, spacious veranda leads to a large living room with a wood-fired oven and a big table. From here, you access the fully equipped kitchen, another living area with a fireplace, sofa, TV, bathroom with shower and washing machine, plus a bedroom. Upstairs, reached by an internal staircase, there are 3 bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. Air conditioning and Wi-Fi are available throughout the villa for your comfort in every season. Outside, a large, well-kept garden awaits you with a barbecue, relaxation area, and a private pool exclusively for guests, open from late May to early October. Ample private parking is available on the property.



The villa is surrounded by unspoiled nature, gentle country sounds, and the scent of plants. The area is quiet, frequented only by small farmers and local owners. One pet is allowed on request. Events are not permitted.
