La Petite Maison: Tranquil Country Gite with Pyrenees View, Ariège

All on one level and set in absolute tranquility in the heart of the Ariège countryside, "La Petite Maison" enjoys a privileged location at the meeting point of three departments: Haute-Garonne, Aude, and Ariège, offering unobstructed views of the Pyrenees. Nestled on a 12-hectare property, far from any roads or neighbors, you will experience rare peace—no highway noise, just the calm of nature. Six hectares of organic crops and a pesticide-free vegetable garden provide a preserved natural setting, close to birds, small wildlife, and the countryside.



Numerous hiking trails, suitable for all, start directly from the property. Private parking is available, ideal for remote work. The Domaine des Oiseaux, popular for nature observation, is accessible on foot via marked paths.



The gite is non-smoking, offers free Wi-Fi, is accessible for guests with reduced mobility, and can accommodate one pet under 10 kg.



It features two rooms: a living area with an open, fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster), a lounge with a convertible sofa, TV, and library. The adjoining bedroom has a 140 cm double bed and two 90 cm single beds. There is a bathroom with a walk-in shower and towel dryer. Washing machine and mobile drying rack are available.



Two sunny terraces of 18.5 m² each overlook the Pyrenees, letting you enjoy the peaceful surroundings with no nearby disturbances.



At 2.5 km, a village offers all amenities: medical office, pharmacy, tobacco shop, newsstand, and stores.



On arrival, beds are made and towels provided. End-of-stay cleaning is the guest’s responsibility and can be requested as an option available for an extra fee.
