Webb's was perfect for our stay with the dogs in the lake area. Conviently located with a great jacuzzi in the room and a fenced in patio that the dogs loved to sit on and people watch. As the manager said, we may not be a 5 star resort but we are friendly and make you feel at home!

We really liked Stephenie behind the counter!! They were short staffed the pool was closed, our bathroom needed help, rust in the sink and floors, cigarette butts all over outside, my friend and I wanted to stay and help her out!!!!! So sad, otherwise a beautiful place , has so much potential!!!! The store next was adorable!!! Pizza was awesome!!!!!

Bed was comfy and air conditioning worked on a sweltering day. Convenirent walking distance to Boxcar Barnies and marina plus good view of Independence Day fireworks. But everything is old, dated, chipped, cracked and in need of a good vacuuming. The smell of pot is overwhelming and some people in the lobby appeared high which made me uncomfortable. There is no elevator and no breakfast options.

I haven’t stayed at Webb’s for quite a long time, but it has really gone down hill. Not a good value for your money at all. Not clean, smells like cigarette and pot smoke and is in serious need of renovations.

Not worth the price. Room was in shambles. Blinds torn up. Paint from the walls was on the ceiling from poor painting. Paint in the bathroom was faded and scaled. Tub was dirty. Not a great place.

The room was very clean the hot tub in the room was so relaxing. The pool or miniature golf were not available to use. The price was reasonable and the staff were kind when we saw them. The continental breakfast which was cereal little Debbie's and bagels were supposed to be daily but it was not put out everyday.

The room was absolutely disgusting. We came in to a pizza roll in the middle of the floor. The floor was not mopped or swept. Bed was very uncomfortable. The screen was broke as well as the blinds.

The bathroom was in terrible shape - black mold on tile, shower curtain pink from bacteria, and floor was dirty. Bathroom fan did not work. The room was renovated, and it was fine; however, the sheets were very worn and not clean.

This was a last minute 2 day, one overnight trip, so available accommodations were scarce. The price and location were the deciding factors, so went with that. The property is ages; could look past the initial cleanliness, unfortunately there was a plumbing issue that occurred that impacted part of the building that we in. We discovered this when returning from a night out and walked into overflowed toilet with sewage remnants. The staff was apologetic and reimbursed the stay. It was unfortunate, but they handled it. Thank you to Sabrina and Summer for taking care of the situation.

I don't usually leave negative reviews, but I felt like this experience should be shared. The hotel appears to be in need of significant maintenance and a much higher standard of cleanliness. The room didn't feel clean when I arrived, and the overall condition of the property made it difficult to feel comfortable during my stay. I understand that older hotels can show their age, but cleanliness and basic upkeep should always be a priority. Unfortunately, this property fell well below those expectations. I hope the owners invest in renovating and improving the hotel because it has potential. As it stands today, though, I wouldn't choose to stay here again, and I would encourage others to read recent reviews before booking.

Strange, large, octagonal opening in the wall that connects the bathroom to the bedroom, thus no bathroom privacy at all. No television. They had to bring a cable box, install it completely and then gave a remote control that was not connected to the box, and only could access 4 channels, 3 of which were shopping networks. Lastly, the front desk is not manned so you cannot get support, help or answers when needed.
