Staff was cordial. I only spoke with one person. Hotel location was very convenient. Overall the hotel was clean, but dated and in need of some repairs. The beds were pretty firm. I was able to park directly in front of my room since it was all ground level. Quiet for the most part. I would stay here again, but only if I didn't have other options. We were only in the room long enough to shower and sleep. We had to leave early, so we didn't have time to experience breakfast. It's not the kind of room you can relax in. It's not awful, but it definitely has room for improvement. On a 10 scale, it's probably a 6.

Check-in was fine. They don’t have housekeeping unless you request it. I had to go into office and call the front desk because no one was there. Needed to request housekeeping and they asked me if I was checking in. I said I was already checked in. They asked me if I wanted to extend my stay. I said no I needed housekeeping. I finally just told him to please clean the room and hung up. The room was fine except for the ac/heater which sounded like a drive thru car wash every time it came on. When room was finally cleaned, they forgot to leave coffee cups. The breakfast bar looked awful, don’t think I’d let my dogs eat there.

Yes the room was very clean. Room temperature good. Bed comfy. Bathroom was sufficient. Only complaint being there was no place to put our toiletries. The shelf over the sink was too much small to hold anything except the tooth paste and brushes. That left the toilet tank and so we had to leave our things in our bags. Could use some hooks on the bathroom door too. Also there was a coffee maker with sugar but no coffee and no tea.

Second time staying in this quaint hotel. Room was clean and comfortable. Has the basic necessities. Could definitely provide better towels for the bathroom as both had holes and we be rey small and thin. Potentially consider improving options for breakfast, these were sparse. Lights outside room stay on all night, this is a bit disruptive, possibly add movement sensors.

We loved it here! An older style, small town motel that has been exceptionally maintained. Our bed was so comfortable that we did not want to leave. We will return on our next trip through Murray.

Quaint and quirky place. Upside: Quiet location 20 minutes from Paris Landing State Park where I was attending a conference. Downside: Limited desk service hours. Upside: Some historic elements including the cool ceramic tile bathroom with unique tub / shower. (Amazing water pressure.) Downside: Other furnishings Upside: Powerful A/C Downside: Blasts air directly at the head of the bead Upside: Black out curtains on the window Downside: Home style door with window and blinds allows a ton of light in so darkness can't be achieved Upside: Reasonably comfortable bed Downside: Poor customer service skills at front desk - I had replaced my card since making the reservation (due to fraud) so it was denied. Staff repeatedly chastised me and said "you could have lost the room" and claimed he had called multiple times. I saw no calls and he countered "no caller ID," but I could account for 100% of incoming calls. He claimed he had messaged me through Expedia (Hotels.com) but no message came through the app. I *had* gotten notification by email. It was nobody's fault and a rare occurrence. Bottom line though is that he had a room, I paid for it, and the negative messaging served no purpose and was counter to his own. Be sure to hang on to your room key after hours or you won't be able to get in after 11 he warned me. This is an ok place to stay for a night or two, especially if you want to be away from the city and given there aren't a lot of choices in the immediate area.

There is parking in front of each room. The bed was comfortable. There was a roach in the cabinet with the refrigerator. The towels were very thin and thread bare. The ceiling fan was so loud we couldn’t sleep with it on. The shower head was broken and spraying water everywhere.

I was pleasantly surprised with the Murray Inn, but it had exactly what I needed. It was clean and comfortable and quiet. Only suggestions I have: more options for breakfast, different hair products (shampoo/conditioner), and drapes for the windows and door. While there are blinds on the windows and door, there was so much light that came in the room. I had trouble sleeping due to all the outside light coming in. However, for the price I would recommend this place for an overnight business trip.

The parking area was safe and the gazebo was a nice place to sit and enjoy the flowers. Breakfast was a little skimpy, but passable. Room was small, but clean. Service was good.
