Villa of 250m² in a quiet area that can accommodate 14 people in 6 bedrooms (The "Dormitory" room with 4 single beds can be configured as 2 single beds + 1 double bed) in a fully enclosed park of 5200m²
The living room opens onto the pergola terrace (gas plancha) which leads to the infinity pool composed of 2 pools (one for children (60CM deep), the other for adults).
A games room is equipped with billiards and table football.
Outside, an XXL playground will be a paradise for the little ones. For the older ones, table tennis, petanque court, volleyball or badminton court, basketball backboard.
Located between Sarlat and Périgueux (Near Le Bugue and Les Eysies), you will have access to the tourist sites and activities of the Périgord (Less than 30 minutes): Water activities on the Vézère, Golf, Amusement park for children and adults (Karting in particular), Lascaux Cave, the prehistoric sites around the village of Les Eysies, the city of Sarlat and a little further the Gouffre de Padirac

het huis was zeer goed uitgerust voor een familieverblijf. de communicatie was erg prettig en ook was de gastheer heel gastvrij. Houd er wel rekening mee dat de verdieping wat lastig te bereiken is door de smalle wenteltrap. Het zwembad evenals de het grote overdekte terras was bij een temperatuur van 41 graden erg aangenaam zowel voor volwassenen als de kinderen. Ook de omgeving was prachtig voor wandelingen en fietstochten. Zeker de moeite van het bezoeken waard.
