The place is well advertised but the communication was very poor between platforms some say we needed own towels and other saying other check-in requirements and wrong times. Staff have been great when face to face but here are the things I did not like - AC was at an ADDITIONAL cost, if you wanted lounge chairs this was at a cost too, cabin 36 had no mosquito nets so not possible to open windows at night without getting bitten. Design is nice but it is a portable cabin in the end. Place is nice but not for the cost.

Our accommodation experience was wonderful. Both the nature and surroundings, as well as the concept of the facility itself, felt truly designed to help people relax and unwind. Thank you very much for everything. Just a small note: if you are planning a late check-in, make sure to inform the reception in advance. Otherwise, organizing the entry process might become a bit difficult. After working hours, communication is handled through a WhatsApp chatbot. Since we informed them a little late (completely our fault), we experienced a bit of stress about whether we would be able to enter the property or not. Thank you again for everything.
