Overall a great place for scenery and relaxation, and not too crowded. Stayed here numerous times over many years. Prices keep rising and now there are too many added fees, so not such a good value anymore.

We were honestly pretty disappointed in our stay. The room was comfortable however we paid for an ocean view and got a view of the bungalows. Comparing rooms with similar description in other resorts it would be “ partial ocean view”. We were not informed of the resort fees upon check in and the parking is outrageous because other resorts don’t charge their guests for parking. Every. Single. Thing. Costs extra. The branches is really cool. That’s about it. The staff was not friendly upon arrival as well.

A great place to stay. We will certainly be returning. Great property and location, and the beach is calm and clean. The restaurant on site is pretty expensive for what it is. lunch menu is great for pool and beach side, breakfast buffet is pretty average and dinner is pretty over priced for what they serve. Service at the restaurant was super slow, maybe they were short staffed. Other than that, awesome place! Coffee/ice cream shop on site (serving Lappert’s ice cream!) and the gym is surprisingly good! Db’s up to 80lbs. Good luck getting early check in though. Mine was “early” right at 3:50 😂

Excellent accommodations, quiet, safe and pleasant staff. Limited dining options but excellent service and food for what was available. Used Valet parking and well worth the money.

The staff was unfriendly. The hotel has too many restrictions. The food in the restaurant was tasteless and the cups were dirty. The rooms weren't fully cleaned upon arrival. Despite all this, the ocean access and the area are beautiful.

This issue occurred on the very first day of my stay at the property. The sink was clogged, and the water wasn’t draining. I called the front desk several times requesting that someone be sent to fix it. Later, while taking a shower, I discovered the same problem the water wasn’t going down. I had to step out of the shower with shampoo in my hair and call the front desk multiple times again to ask for assistance. Unfortunately, instead of offering an apology for the inconvenience, the staff responded with attitude.

Great staff with the most comforting customer service, delicious food and drinks, spacious room with a beautiful view and resides at one of the nicest beaches on Maui. Will definitely be staying here again.
