Staff was rude, garbage disposal didn’t work, a/c didn’t work, lamps didn’t work, cable didn’t work, WiFi very slow get ready to have to use a lot of your own data. No refunds even if they were at fault, even if property had all the malfunction. They don’t care about tourist at all. This place is a rental condos with long term residents so tourist mean nothing to them. That’s why they give you the crapiest, malfunctioning rooms. No room service, no cleaning services. You’re on your own. Place really sucks.

Older building but front desk was always willing and able to help with anything Garbage cans on grounds were emptied regularly and cleaned. Housekeepers were friendly and were able to bring supplies whenever I asked. Beach was very nice and not crowded

Nicole or Natalie at the front desk (sorry for not remembering the right name)was Amazing, very nice, with great recommendations. The room was Great! very clean and organized. The hot tub was great after a day full of experiences and activities. The staff members are very nice. I just wished there would be service/cleaning the room, but other than that, EVERYTHING is GREAT!

The room carpet joining to tile strip contained numerous nails, which were placed sharp side up, poking my feet. The engineering guy pulled nearly 10 such nails in about 2feet stretch waiting to poke. Another room, the key card was not working the very first entry and engineering replaced. Car parking is small, there is option to park in sister proprty about two blocks away, I parked one night in a facility opposite of the property based on info from a staff.
