Everything was excellent! The pool was Large, open, roomy. I didn’t feel body to body like some. Our room was nice, good views. We enjoyed our trip. The only thing we weren’t pleased with for HOW many ppl r in this hotel, they only offered “1” washer/dryer on r floor!!!! It took awhile to DO Laundry Services.

Okay overall. Wasn't informed about the huge resort fee upon arrival (+tax) after already paying for our stay. Not the best communication either such as with the laundry situation but did appreciate free laundry amentities. Housekeeping did a good job even though they only came once. The gift shop closed when posted hours said open. Very clean and beautiful area though, but probably could have gotten more perks at another nearby resort considering the price. Rooms were very spacious and provided a sink, dishwasher, etc but was pretty dated for the price.

The food situation was very disappointing...grab and go fast, unhealthy food was the only option. We were glad we could walk to Duke's! They only cleaned the room once in our 5 day stay and they didn't even change the sheets, vacuum or sweep the floor. The electrical outlets were so loose in the bathrooms that I couldn't keep my curling iron plugged in it just kept falling out! The tv and internet was in and out of service while we were there. It just wasn't the same experience as the last time we were there. We expected way more from the Hilton brand.

I had no idea there was a mandatory $35 a day RESORT FEE, whether we had a car to park. Expedia says they include all taxes and fees! Very disappointed in the surprise at check-in!

The property was a perfect fit for our trip. The kitchenette allowed us to make breakfast and lunch in the room and there are plenty of dinner choices near by. The bathroom was large and spacious. Bed was comfortable and the views were amazing throughout the resort. Cindy at check in is a super star, she was knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly.
