Gorgeous ocean front room. Never had housecleaning though. Had to ask for towels. Whaler said because reserved through Aston and not Whaler. I need to check into this further.

This property was beautiful!! Direct beach access, friendly staff, the condos themselves are beautiful. I never had an issue finding parking, and the whaler provides carts so you can load up your groceries. The whaler shopping center is right there, along with lots of restaurants.

Loud construction noise every morning for hours. Not very peaceful to enjoy the balcony and the view. I’ve called several times and no one has called me back. Terrible customer service. Also the most uncomfortable pillows.

Good view and convince but the pillows and blankets are smelly. I took a look at the pillow inside the pillow case and found the pillows are pretty unpleasant. Blankets between the sheets are smelly. It took me a while to find where the unpleasant smells come from. I have been in hotels world wide and this is the first time I had this. I checked in the next hotel then I quickly checked the pillows there and luckily they look like new. I don't know this place runs by a hotel or a third party. They really have to keep up with the basic standards. Hopefully next guest don't have to experience what I had.
