Welcome to our spacious and sun-filled apartment overlooking the beautiful Carnon Marina. With stunning waterfront views, fresh sea air, and a peaceful atmosphere, this is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the Mediterranean lifestyle all year round.

The apartment features three comfortable bedrooms, making it ideal for families, couples, remote workers, or groups of friends. The bright living area opens onto the marina views, creating a wonderful space to unwind after a day at the beach or exploring the region.

In 2023, we completely renovated the kitchen and living room, creating a modern, fully equipped space designed for comfort and convenience. The bathroom is fresh and functional, and the toilet is separate for added comfort.

Appartement très agréable et idéalement situé avec vue sur la marina. Accès à la plage à pieds en 5/10 minutes. Très bien équipé et très propre. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour pour profiter de Carnon.Merci à Myriam pour son accueil chaleureux et parfait. Communication très agréable avec l'hôte qui organise très bien notre arrivée pour que se déroule parfaitement. Nous recommandons vivement.

Très bon séjour!

Appartement très spacieux et lumineux. Traversant dont très agréable en cas de grosses chaleurs, l'air circule ! Vue dégagée et agréable sur le port et la marina. Pas besoin de véhicule, tout est à proximité. Propriétaires à l'écoute, réactifs et charmants !
