Beautiful very bright and warm apartment of 36 m2 50 meters from the Roquilles beach in Carnon West. It is located in a small residence, very quiet and easy to access.
Recent renovation of the kitchen (new equipment: oven, microwave oven, refrigerator .. ) and paintings. Beautiful terrace with the possibility of lunch for 8 people.
It has a bedroom with a 140 bed and a cabin with a bunk bed. Possibility to sleep on the sofa bed in the living room. Wifi access by fiber. Sheets and towels are provided (included in the cleaning fee).
Access to the beach 2 minutes walk and close to the shops of the port of Carnon. It is 5 minutes from the tramway and 15 minutes from Montpellier.
Ideal for family holidays. Possibility of rental from March 12 to May 12 on a monthly basis (call me for the modalities / 500 euros / month and 100 euros charge).
From April to the end of June, possibility of renting for a minimum of two nights.
Make yourself comfortable in your apartment. Conveniences include a washing machine and an iron/ironing board.

Logement parfait pour des vacances au bord de la mer. Plage à 2 minutes à pied, calme et tranquillité. Proximité de la voie verte (pour les amateurs de marche ou de vélo) et du port ( marché, commerces, restos). Nelly est une hôtesse sympathique et avec qui le contact est facile. Séjour en tout point agréable.
