A cosy one bedroom cottage with adjacent parking and gated garden. Although small in size, it has lots of charming home comforts. The living room is comfortably arranged with a full kitchen and small dining area.

Outside, there is further dining with a BBQ and fire pit.. The re are wide country views and great walks around the estate. The local beaches of Troon, Ayr and Prestwick are 15/20 minutes drive and some of the world's top golf courses are within an easy drive.
