On the ground floor, a large living and dining room of 70 m2 welcomes you with a panoramic window that floods the space with natural light. This area is furnished with 2 sofabeds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and features a decorative open-hearth fireplace as well as a flat screen satellite TV. Direct access from this room leads to the terrace and the swimming pool. The ground floor also includes a fully equipped open kitchen fitted with an oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. A shower room with WC completes the ground floor layout.

On the upper floor, you will find all 4 bedrooms, each enjoying its own panoramic window. 2 of these bedrooms are each furnished with 1 French bed measuring 200 cm in width and 210 cm in length, and each is served by a private shower room with WC and a flat screen satellite TV.
