まず、立地が良かったです。ホテルから直接エレベーターを乗り継いで道後温泉本館に辿り着けます。道後温泉本館からは商店街が連なってるので、お土産巡りもすぐにできます。あとホテルの従業員の対応がとても丁寧でしたホテル到着から出迎えと荷物運び、部屋までなら案内、部屋の説明等丁寧すぎる対応で素晴らしかったです。帰りにタクシーを頼みました。フロント横にタクシーアプリの案内もあったのにも関わらず、そちらを案内せずに、手配していただけました、朝ごはんのビュッフェと夜のビュッフェも美味しかったです温泉も寝れるジャグジーと露天風呂と普通のお風呂があり満足しました。脱衣場には無料のマッサージチェアやアメニティに雪肌精の化粧水等があり、タオルもたくさん置いていました総じて、良い旅館で満足しましたありがとうございますまた来ます

직원들도 엄청 친절하고 무엇보다 호텔이 언덕 위에 위치해있는데 도고 온천 본관과 쇼핑거리에서 다니기 쉽도록 엘레베이터가 있다는 점이 좋았습니다. 그리고 방이 진짜 일본 호텔이라고 믿을 수 없을 만큼 컸어요 ㅎㅎ 대욕탕도 좋았습니다. 화장실 물은 온천 아닌데 대욕탕 물은 온천인것 같습니다.

到着してからチェックアウトまで何も言うことなし！とても素晴らしい宿でした。（夕食はつけていないのでわかりませんが）客室、お風呂、ロビーなど館内全てがきれいで、スタッフの皆さんもとても丁寧な応対でした。道後温泉へ行く知人がいたらお勧めしたいと思います。

どのスタッフの方も親切で、笑顔で対応して下さいました。部屋に服を2着忘れて帰ってしまい(初めての忘れ物)電話をして　着払いで送って下さい　と　お伝えしたら　もう翌日に荷物が届いて　ご丁寧にお手紙と入浴剤まで同封して下さり本当に良いホテルに宿泊出来ました。お部屋も綺麗で、晩ご飯、朝食も本当に美味しかったです。又、道後温泉に行く事があれば　又　泊まりたいと思ったホテルでした。

素晴らしい滞在になりました。ベランダ付きのお部屋最高でした。道後温泉本館と松山城ビューです。温泉でお肌ツルツル、足湯で疲れを癒し、ホテルのビュッフェで鯛めし。もう最高です。また行きます。スタッフの皆様お世話になりました。
