The location of this hotel is the best in Matsuyama. Close to the Okaido shopping mall, with Mitsukoshi Department store, and to Matsuyama Castle. Very quiet at night. Clean room and good service. The breakfast buffet is excellent with good view of Matsuyama city.

The air cleaner machine in the room was a nice plus; used it whenever we were in the room. Had a wonderful stay. I booked the premium room with queen bedin the central building, Room was big, very comfortable. Fairly well insulated for noise. Aircon worked well. The toilet was spacious and there was ample hot water with very good water pressure, blackout curtains could be better at blocking out sunlight in the mornings, but it wasn’t that big a problem for me, I would recommend a stay at this hotel.
