Clean hotel with comfortable rooms. Staff were very nice and the breakfast buffet was great. We used the laundry facilities - easy and fast. Only downside is there is no parking at the hotel. We found a lot across the street where we had to pay.

A Nice Hotel

Overall a nice hotel close to the train station. The bed is very comfortable and services are pretty good. The only issue is the standard room is too small.

Charming city

Very nice hotel with welcoming touch. Service at the desk was really nice, we enjoyed the complimentary drink. Huge breakfast selection. Well situated to walk around the city. Matsumoto is a charming city with great vibe. Should have stayed one more day.

Comfortable hotel, very good breakfast, by station

We had perhaps the smallest room size and found that perfectly adequate, comfortable and well equipped. Breakfast offered the widest range of Japanese dishes of any hotel we stayed at (all good quality and some dishes different each day) with local specialities like soba, a selection of fresh tempura including shrimp and asparagus and much more. There is a welcome drink (beer, whisky, soft drinks - one free each day - and free late night soup too. A nice onsen bath too.

Location, services and room were great. Lots of food selections at breakfast. I chose a room with washing machine but later realised that there’s no dryer in the room. They compensated that by providing lots of hanging facilities in the room and so it’s all ok.
