のんびり、ゆったり

山の中のホテルで環境も良くきれいでした。大浴場、露天風呂とも部屋から遠く行くのが大変でした。夕食は予約が取れず、外のお店を紹介してもらいました。安くておいしく、ホテルのクーポン券も使えて大変お値打ちでした。フロントの係の人が大変親切に説明してもらい助かりました。すぐ近くにゴルフ場が2コースあったので夏に出かけたいと思いました。

緑の中のホテル。

緑に囲まれた環境が良い立地のホテルで、ゆっくり過ごせたました。朝食もコロナ対策をしっかりされていたので安心して頂きました。お風呂も、夜は大浴場、朝日を浴びて露天風呂と、 2箇所楽しませて頂きました。

お部屋はOK、フロントのトイレのみ

たぶん、高齢のお客さんが多かったからかと思いますが、食事中にトイレに立った家族が、トイレが汚れていたために使用できず、部屋まで帰ることが何度かありました。食事時間の共用トイレの清掃のみで、あとは文句ありません。ベッドメイクもリネン交換していただき気持ちよかったです。タバコのにおいもなく、隣室の音もなく、快適でした。自然を満喫できました。

古いがいいホテルでした。

設備は古いですが、メンテナンスは行われておりまあまあ快適でした。食事は満足できました。朝食はおいしく、種類も充実していました。ヒスピタリティはかなり前高く評価できます。

車で来るのがお勧めだがGPSが不可欠

大変閑静で癒しに来たという実感を持てた。しかし国道からかなり外れるロケーションが難しいので車の場合GPS無しでは相当苦労する。

一生懸命にサービスしようという気持ちはあるのですが。

スタッフの数がかなり少なくて　いろいろな事に手が回らないという印象を受けました。コロナの為に宿泊客が減って　スタッフの数を減らしているのかもしれません。また、朝食が自慢のホテルですが、業者から買っている食材が増えたように感じました。

部屋も綺麗でしたし、ベッドも最高でぐっすり眠れました。食事も美味。遊歩道の帰路案内一か所不備です。

朝の散歩をしたかったのですが、その素晴らしさ（苔の道がフカフカして気持ち良かった）を教えていただき、起きれたら行こうと思っていました。朝フロントに行ってみたらだれもいなかったです。フロントに聞いてみたら予約が必要とのこと。部屋に帰って案内を見たら予約が必要と明記してありました。一言案内の時に言ってくれてらと残念でした。晴天であっただけに残念。

立地以外は満足できるホテル

スキー旅行がてら宿泊しました。ビューホテルなので景色を期待したのですが、実際には山に囲まれていて安曇野を一望できるものではありませんでした。ホテル自体は老舗な感じがあり、サービスもよくリラックスした時間を過ごせました。夕食は和食をオーダーしましたが、フレンチもあるようです。長野の特産品をふんだんに使用した料理はとてもおいしく、満足できました。朝食バイキングは種類が豊富で珍しくたくさん食べてしまいました。りんごのスムージーがおすすめです。

山の中の静かなホテルです

スタッフの皆さんがとても親切でした。一泊だけでしたが、快適に過ごすことができました。ホテル周辺の散歩コースも気持ち良くお勧めですが、平坦な遊歩道ではないのと、湧き水で常にぬかるんでいる個所が多いので、靴は気を付けた方が良いです。

少し古い感じは否めないかな

設備は少し古さを感じ、内風呂と露天風呂がバラバラに設置されており、一度風呂を出ないと入れなかった(-1)。Wi-Fiも設置してあるもののキャパ低いせいか繋がらなかった(-1)。スタッフの方はとても親切でした(+1)。安曇野という環境は素晴らしかった(+1)。だけど、リピートはしないかな。

虫が多い。

窓の外にハチの巣、これにはびっくり。二歳時の夕食が何もないことが分かり、詳細がはっきりしていなかったとこちらも反省するが、ホテル側もしくはエクスペディア側から、ひとことほしかった。
