The open-concept kitchen provides a welcoming environment for socialising and enjoying meals together. It includes essential cookware and cutlery to make delicious meals, such as an oven, cooking plate, microwave and coffee maker. There is also a small sunroom with a washing machine for your laundry needs.
The bedroom is beautifully decorated, and it includes a comfortable double bed, a TV, and multiple storage spaces.
The bathroom has all the essentials, including fresh towels, a hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries to make your stay even more comfortable.
The apartment also opens onto a little terrace, providing the perfect spot to savour the soft breeze and a cup of coffee.
The property is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. It is located on the 1st floor and the building has elevator.

Beyond the beach, Lavra has a calm, village-like atmosphere with friendly locals and a strong connection to its maritime roots. The area is ideal for cycling, seaside strolls, and exploring lesser-known parts of the northern coastline. With its blend of quiet charm and easy access to Porto, Lavra offers a simple yet refreshing experience for travellers looking to unwind by the ocean.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
