The fully equipped open kitchen includes dishwasher, oven, gas and electric hobs, fridge-freezer, microwave, washing machine, coffee machine, kettle and everything needed for cooking during your stay.

On the first floor:

- One bedroom with two single beds 90x190 and one pull-out bed
- One shower room with vanity unit

On the second floor, a large attic games and relaxation room offers additional living space. Please note that the ceiling height is low in this area.

The house enjoys a central location in Matignon, close to shops and the weekly Wednesday market.

- Every Wednesday, the local market takes place directly below the windows and in the street, so vehicles must be moved that day
