About this property

This unique place has its own style and great practicality amidst calm and tranquil nature. Come and enjoy a unique and distinctive architectural immersion while being close to many amenities such as restaurants, snack bars, as well as easy access with paved roads to the property entrance, all without losing the character of a rural area and with a spectacular sunrise! It has hiking and cycling trails and is close to Pedra Grande, a tourist attraction in the region. We want to provide you with a lodging experience in a house with A-frame architecture in a space of approximately 800m2 so you can connect with nature and disconnect from the hustle and bustle of everyday life! A complete kitchen with dining room, living room with panoramic views and a 6.5m high ceiling so you can have a feeling of freedom in a comfortable and cozy environment, bedroom with panoramic views and a large bathroom for you to take that relaxing shower! And we also have a very spacious outdoor spa, fully covered and with spectacular RGB LED lighting and a projector in the pergola where, at night, you can watch videos projected onto the spa's vault! The outdoor spa is completely private, not shared, it's entirely for your use. You! The grassy area around the cabin, which is around 365 m2, is entirely for your use, as is the paver area around the cabin, which is approximately 100 m2! Looking from the entrance gate towards the back of the cabin, the orchard is on the right side of the parking lot and can be used. However, the area on the left side of the parking lot, from the pequi tree towards the front, is not usable; it is vacant land for another purpose and its use is not permitted.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned cabin, featuring a kitchen with a refrigerator and an oven. There's a private patio. Complimentary wireless internet access keeps you connected, and a Smart television is provided for your entertainment. Conveniences include a desk and a coffee/tea maker.
Enjoy recreation amenities such as a hot tub or take in the view from a garden. Additional amenities at this cabin include a living plant wall and barbecue grills.
Guests will find features like internet access and onsite parking.
