"This place a a wee gem! Jackie has been extremely thoughtful of her potential guests - games for children, a shower chair for less mobile people. The amenities and décor have been chosen for quality not price - large fluffy towels, woolen throws and pillows and a fabulous selection of snacks and food available. A full laundry available with private outdoor clothesline and bench/sink which was perfect for giving my plant purchases a drink before the long drive home! Don't let the location of being right on the main road put you off as the bedrooms are located at the back of the apartment and as someone who lives rurally and is not used to road noise, it never bothered me. If we are ever back in Woodville I'll definitely be staying again. Thankyou Jackie!! "

"We loved our stay so much it was the perfect romantic getaway!! Access to private trails around the property was so special. We spent time birdwatching, taking in the beautiful native flora and fauna and enjoying the breathtaking view from various lookouts. In the evening we lit the fire and enjoyed some cozy movie watching inside the cabin. So perfect all around thank you!"

"A bit of a gem quite close to Dannevirke, and affordable too. Plenty of space inside, quite a large living and dining area actually. You can walk down the back of the yard and end up at a small river. Good breakfast provisions which we hardly touched as we'd turned up with a ton of food and drink. Was lovely to have a nap - and later a proper sleep - upstairs/mezzanine with the window fully open to catch the breeze and didn't have any bugs coming in to eat us. The heat pump works just fine but we love the natural breeze. Unit is part of the overall house structure, but is fully self contained with it's own entrance and no connection to the rest of the house unless you're opening the other door that goes to the shared area by the pool. "

"Was a nice stay, close to town, a little dusty for my asthma but tidy enough. Bit sad there was no washing machine although it was listed, and paid for with 2 small children needing clothes daily or a vacuum handy but not a deal breaker would happily return is those things could be fixed. "
