The room was clean and staff helpful. The kitchen had everything required but only wished there was atleast a medium sized pot. Parking was great too as we were able to park right outside our room.

We booked last minute and it was a good, budget friendly stay. Easy check in, spacious and good facilities. The decor could do with an update, but for the price we had no complaints.

The room worked well for me and was quite spacious. It had all the kitchen tools I needed and was located in a quite area. The only drawback was the WiFi access was lacking some evenings and the front desk was not particularly helpful. Otherwise I enjoyed the stay.

Very Comfortable

Our stay was very comfortable. The owner was friendly and helpful. The bed was amazing. A short drive only to Hobbiton and restaurants etc.
