The property has a Pool for guests and owner use only. The pool is operated by the Bahia de Matagorda HOA. The beach entrance is one mile out the exit gate to the right on beach access Rd.

No complaints about this condo. The unit was clean, beds were comfy, kitchen was well stocked. The pool here is amazing! This condo also has a great gulf view. We really enjoyed our stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this vacation home and would gladly return. The house was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. It had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway, from a well-equipped kitchen to comfortable living spaces and bedrooms.The host was friendly, responsive, and easy to communicate with, making the entire experience smooth and stress-free. Overall, this was a fantastic place to stay, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable vacation rental.

The bathtub water came out yellow dirty brown.I have photos. The shower heads do not work so we spent three nights without a clean bath or shower.We felt pretty nasty.The stairs to the master bedroom were extremely steep and narrow/quite dangerous for old folks. It was nice however would have rated much higher with a clean shower.
