Os Funcionários que ficam nos bares da praia e piscinas são impacientes e mal educados...as acomodações são antigas...TV pequena, ar condicionado, chuveiro e cama não são bons...prédio e edificações antigas... limpeza dos banheiros deixa a desejar tbem...sujeira no box, parede, pia...etc. Piscina e praia linda...top... refeição muito boa café...almoço e janta...quanto a ceia da madrugada horrível... chegamos na madrugada e estava tudo ruim...primeira impressão foi assustadora... mais as outras refeições foram boas...os bares da praia e piscina funcionam somente até às 17hs e 18hs. Durante a noite tem bebida livre somente no restaurante ou na recepção. Villa que temos que ir a noite tudo caro... tudo fecha para ir para a Villa...

A estrutura é muito antiga: 1. banheiro é cheio de limo 2. Ficamos uma noite sem água para beber, tínhamos pedido logo ao anoitecer para reabastecer nosso quarto, e não fizeram, tive que pedir 3 vezes para pessoas diferentes, visto que o telefone não funcionava; 3. All inclusive que só distribui água no copo; 4. A comida só melhorou de quarta em diante, no domingo e segunda só serviam 2 opções de proteína e 0 opções de frutos do mar. Os petiscos também, bem ruins. 5. Toca da Zooeira e os demais atrativos para as crianças está caindo aos pedaços. Não tem bar na área da praia, se sentir sede, tem que buscar no bar da piscina.

Ar-condicionado ótimo, cama grande, chuveiro muito bom e quarto e banheiro com ótimo tamanho. Embora as instalações sejam um pouco antigas, o local é confortável e a natureza ao redor é belíssima. A comida é variada e agrada diferentes gostos. Já o atendimento me pareceu frio em alguns momentos. Os funcionários cumpriam suas funções, mas sem muita cordialidade.

Durante minha estadia em hotel reservado pela Hoteis.com, no regime all inclusive, identifiquei falhas graves de higiene e controle sanitário nas áreas de alimentação. Foram observadas, de forma recorrente: Muitas moscas, inclusive moscas varejeiras, nas áreas de alimentação da piscina e no café da tarde, pousando diretamente sobre alimentos expostos; Gatos circulando livremente nas áreas de refeições, subindo nas mesas e consumindo alimentos; No restaurante principal, passarinhos dentro do ambiente, pousando em mesas, balcões e defecando sobre superfícies de alimentação. As situações descritas representam risco real à saúde dos hóspedes e são incompatíveis com os padrões mínimos de segurança alimentar, especialmente para um hotel em regime all inclusive. Ressalto que se trata de um problema contínuo, não pontual, o que caracteriza potencial questão de saúde pública. Solicito o registro formal desta reclamação, apuração junto ao hotel e retorno quanto às providências adotadas.
