Believe all the good reviews

Everything you read online about this hotel that sounds too good to be true really is true. The staff are unusually helpful, and the beds are unusually comfortable. My only criticism is one that I could make of many European hotels these days, which is that there are no drawers in the rooms to make it easy to stay organized if you’re staying for a long time.

The hotel overall was fine, but we did have a few snags- twice the room was cleaned before 4pm when we left the hotel before 10am. We had a slow shower drain, and the biggest irritation was the refrigerator box that wasn't a real refrigerator! So, we wasted some snacks because the sign/information about this place to store your snacks was unclear. Did I mention that a rubber sealed box only gets hotter and hotter??? Anyway, as a Hilton honor member, I wasn't impressed with a few different things.
