Freundlichkeit und Gastlichkeit

Es beginnt mit dem herzlichen Empfang einer nur italienisch sprechenden Dame. Erstens sind wir Gast in Italien und können die Sprache kaum. ANDERERSEITS ist es auch nicht nötig, weil alles geregelt ist. ALLES funktioniert. Wir lieben das Haus aber wir würden so gar extra kommen wegen der sehr netten, sehr herzlichen Dame. Kein Wunsch bleibt offen. Wir sind seit fast 40 Jahren Italien Urlaub, dazu zählt auch Sizilien, hier in diesem Haus verbunden mit dieser ❤️ Herzlichkeit zu Hause angekomme.

Lieu agréable

Il est plaisant d'arriver dans un lieu qui respire le calme et la sérénité entouré d'oliviers, de citronniers avec le chant des cigales. Maison bien équipé avec l'ensemble des commodités nécessaires. Quelques petits points négatifs, la propriétaire ne parle que l'italien. Il n'y a pas de climatisation, il fait très chaud dans la maison. L'accès à la maison est chaotique, la route n'est pas carrossé. Pour finir, la mer est plus loin qu'indiqué, il faut 20 mn de route. L'expérience reste bonne.

Aspetti positiviCasa in zona molto tranquilla ma vicino al paese, raggiungibile anche a piedi attraverso un sentiero.Bellissimo giardino completamente recintatp,letti comodi, Aspetti negativi: casa molto calda, servirebbe un ventilatore, accesso alla casa difficoltoso, non adatto a chi ha macchine basse.

Hübsches kleines Haus

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub mit unseren Hunden.Das Grundstück ist riesig und komplett eingezäunt.Die Vermieterin spricht nur italienisch,was aber auch kein Problem ist sich auf das nötigste zu Verständigen.Das Internet ging 2 Tage nicht,wurde aber auf Anfrage sofort behoben.Der Weg nach oben ist etwas holprig aber ok ausser man hat ein sehr tiefer gelegtes Auto aber ganz wichtig ist Google Maps zu ignorieren und die Anfahrt von der anderen Seite zu nehmen von der Via delle Sezioni

Wunderschöner Aufenthalt

Anfahrt wie beschrieben (holprige Privatstrasse), jedoch problemlos machbar. Unterkunft sehr schön und sauber. Sehr ruhig und ein Paradies für unsere Hunde. Küchenausstattung absolut ausreichend, alles vorhanden was man braucht. Matratzen sind völlig in Ordnung. Grill, Pizzaofen, Waschmaschine alles top. Vermieterin sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Spricht nur italienisch, ist aber kein Problem wenn man ein Handy hat und dies zu bedienen weiß. Ein sehr schöner und erholsamer Urlaub.

Typisch italienisches Haus

Zunächst einmal vorne weg: wir sind in Italien. Hier trifft man ein typisch italienisches Haus an. Es ist sehr gepflegt genauso wie der Garten. Die Verwaltung ist zwar nur in italienische Sprache aber wir sind nun Gäste in Italien. Die Dame, die und betreut hat, war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Standard am italienischen Maß gemessen ist sehr gut. Sauberkeit ist excellent. Schlecht ist Zuwegung und die Betten sind viel zu hart.

Urlaub genießen in der Toskana

Das Haus liegt auf einem Berg und der Weg dorthin finde ich halb so schlimm wie ihn manche bisher beschrieben haben. Die Hauptstraße ist neu und das kleine Stück bis zum Haus ist ein Kiesweg, der aber gut zu bewältigen ist. Das Haus liegt schön abgeschieden in einer Privatstraße. Es ist sehr ruhig und idyllisch. Das nahegelegene Meer ist wirklich sehr schön mit tollem Sandstrand. Man kann den Strand L‘altro Mare2 empfehlen. Alles in allem war es ein wirklich schöner Urlaub.

Perchée à flan de coteau, on a une vue extraordinaire. L'équipement est très bien mais un peu daté. La climatisation manque un peu mais très bien compensé par un bon ventilateur. Le chemin d'accès est un peu cahoteux mais surtout il faut le prendre depuis la "Via delle Sezioni". Google maps m'a fait passé par l'autre côté, j'ai du renoncer (pour VTT ou à pied uniquement). La propriétaire au demeurant très gentille ne parle qu'italien.

Tolle Aussicht

Das Objekt ist toll gelegen in einem riesigen Olivenhain. Die Zufahrt ist wie beschrieben etwas schwierig, aber machbar. Leider spricht die Verwalterin weder deutsch noch englisch, was sich bei Nachfragen schwierig gestaltet. Generell ist das Haus typisch südländisch funktionell ausgestattet, hat aber leider kleinere Mängel. Vom tropfenden Wasserhahn und loser klebrige, waren noch nicht einmal Geschirrtücher vorhanden.

Die Zufahrt zum Haus ist abenteuerlich! Wir sind mit einem Passat mehrfach aufgesessen. Zum Glück ist nichts schlimmeres passiert.

Negativ: Unfreundliche Begrüßung! keine Reaktion auf SMS wegen Mäusebefall; eine Kaputte Relaxliege; keine Sitzauflagen für Gartenstühle; bei Wind klappernde Alu-Außenjaluosien; 1 Meter hohes Bett im Schlafzimmer; dreckiger, verrosteter Gartengrill; trotz Beschreibung kein Bidet; von 5 Bratpfannen nur eine brauchbar; Interieur zusammengewürfelt; Anfahrt nur für SUV, steil, eng und Geröll! Überdachter Außensitzplatz ein Witz.
