Non c'è stato alcun soggiorno!

Arrivati lì ci viene detto che non hanno ricevuto alcuna prenotazione da Hotels.com per una singola notte e non avevano neanche camere libere. Abbiamo dovuto fissare altro in fretta e furia ad un costo molto alto, ma la domanda è "Veramente non hanno ricevuto la prenotazione oppure hanno dato la nostra camera a chi magari alloggiava più notti di noi?". Ci è venuto il dubbio e il fatto che Hotels.com ci abbia inviato una mail appena due ore dopo scrivendo "Abbiamo sentito che i tuoi piano sono cambiati e non sei potuto andare al La Siègià Resort". Se io non ho dichiarato assolutamente niente al sito come hanno fatto a sapere che non sono andato? Forse la struttura, che aveva invece ricevuto la prenotazione, ha semplicemente detto che non eravamo andati? Non lo so, vorrei saperlo dal sito, con il quale ho fatto qualche altro soggiorno senza problemi, ma che a mio avviso è abbastanza assurdo che l'assistenza sia solo telefonica

oasi di pace e relax

Ho passato una settimana di sano relax in un ambiente fantastico...in mezzo alla campagna ma vicino al mare e a luoghi bellissimi. Personale gentile a partire dai titolari,buona cucina e ambiente molto pulito,dotato di una spa e una piscina che garantiscono una piacevole permanenza,insomma per me un oasi di pace. Ci tornerò appena posso.

Ok hotel, a bit of from civilisation. Pool nice

Very nice place, pleasent service. A bit of, about 15-20 min with car upp the mountain to a fabules town ä. Must see. One of the negative, lots and lots of bugs everywhere. Specielly in our bathroom. Maybe 30-40. Not so many in the room but bathroom was everywhere. Nice pool outside, we where outside at night and it was great, but only complaint about that the man who workee there was sitting beside us and smoking for 1 hour straight, it bothered us so much that we went up to the room. Breakfest was very very week, hardly anything worth eating. Free paring and Wifi was working ok. Nice view from hotel everywhere. I recomend this place, but check out the big town on the mountain, Volterra. Wow!

Sito in luogo tranquillo dove godersi la natura e la quiete. Camere confortevoli, personale gentilissimo così come i proprietari. Sicuramente da consigliare
