Adjacent to it, a large dining room with an open-hearth fireplace, used for decorative purposes only, also leads out to the garden. 1 generously sized bedroom on this level is furnished with 1 double bed and equipped with air conditioning, with its own exit to the garden. The kitchen is large and open-plan, fitted with an oven, dishwasher, 6 gas rings, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, and an electric coffee machine, and it connects directly to both the garden and the terrace. The ground floor is served by 2 shower rooms, each with bidet and WC.

On the upper floor, 4 additional bedrooms are arranged to offer comfort and privacy. 2 of these rooms are each furnished with 1 double bed measuring 200 cm, while the remaining 2 rooms each feature 1 double bed measuring 180 cm.
