Our stay at this property was absolutely spectacular, and I can honestly say it was our best vacation ever. Villa Claudia is situated just above Sorrento and walking distance to both Sorrent0 and the best little Hamlet in the hills, Sant'Agata sui Due Golfi where you can walk to dinner, grab a gelato or stock up on groceries. What made the experience truly seamless was our host, Claudia. Her communication was quick and consistent from start to finish, and her hospitality was next-level good. She went above and beyond to make us feel like family rather than just renters. If you want the perfect blend of stunning scenery and world-class hospitality, look no further!While the views of Sorrento are breathtaking, the reality was better than expected. A particular highlight was the view from the hot tub; soaking while overlooking the sparkling coast added an extra special touch of luxury we’ll never forget. We will be back!

Villa Claudia is an amazing property thay is immaculately maintained with stunning views of the bay and Mount Vesuvias. Cladoa is an exceptional host. Located in the hills above Sorrento the villa is about a 20 minute ride to town. The bedroom situation is somewhat misleading. There are two; one with queen bed, the second with two twins. There is a sofa bed in the family room. No queen murphy bed. The hot tub was not heating properly due to cold weather which was disappointing as it was one of the reasons we chose this property over others. That said, we had a wonderful time and would absolutely stay again.

Villa Claudia was beautiful beyond words. Every little detail was perfect. Claudia stocked food for us, gave us detailed information about the area. We loved the hot tub overlooking the Bay of Naples. Property is up the hill from Sorrento, close to Pompeii and Amalfi Coast. The drive there is a bit scary on some windy roads, but once you get there it is sublime. We were family of 5 and plenty of room. Very comfortable pull out couch as extra bed. Highly recommend

Amazing view and all the modern comforts plus an extra ordinary host, Claudia. My wife and I greatly appreciated the up to date furnishings including the comfy bed and well appointed kitchen. But that is not all! Claudia herself is a rare find in how generously she shares her food suggestions, day trips, and staff from her husbands 5 star hotel to make arrangements and more. The pantry is well stocked and food and wine await you on arrival. The town of San Agata is special though it sits between Sorrento and Positano on a hill top with drop dead gorgeous views of Sorrento and Mt Vesuvius. While driving here is a challenge, there are good walks to take and a great path into the quaint town. Take all of Claudia’s suggestions on food. Especially the pastry shop and the trip down to Nerano for the famous zucchini spaghetti that lives up to its reputation for greatness. Il contuccio was good but I suspect the rival restaurant there also likely good. What a great find.

Perfect villa

I actually planned our entire vacation around this villa based on pictures and period reviews and the only regret i had was not staying longer! We stayed 4 nights. Claudia welcomed us and showed us around. The villa is perfect. A short walk to the center if santagata, an adorable little town overlooking Sorrento. This was the nicest property I have ever stayed at. Lots of extra touches and welcoming items. Yhe view is spectacular. Cooked a nice breakfast with fresh food left in the fridge. Also picked some fresh herbs and made pasta for my family. A huge unexpected added bonus was a the availability of the full concierge service from hotel mediteranneo in sorrento. We utilized this for a lovely pool and beach day there with transportation to and from. Overall a perfect way to end our vacation. Thank you villa claudia

Truly a hidden gem in the hills overlooking Sorrento

Right from the beginning, Claudia was very responsive and provided a lot of great information and recommendations. Her home offers absolutely breath taking views of Sorrento and Mt Vesuvius. Nothing better than relaxing in the hot tub after a long day with that view. Her property is meticulously cared for and the home is well decorated. She was always quick to respond to any questions and gave us many options during check in. The small village Sant Agata (has some great local shops and restaurants) is a short 10 min walk along a lit path and very easy to catch a but to Sorrento - there is even a stop just outside the property. No need for a car (if you are not comfortable driving the winding roads) as the bus is readily available. If you are looking for a quiet place with stunning views away from the hustle and bustle of the town - Claudia's home is it! The Villa and the small town of Sant Agata provides you with a true Italian experience! Thank you Claudia for allowing us to share your home and will be back again!

Highly recommended!!

Claudia, the owner of this beautifully designed and tastefully decorated villa, with views of Sorrento, its stunning coast, the Bay of Naples, and Mount Vesuvius, treated us more like family than guests. She spent over an hour orienting us to her home and expansive property, which provided an abundance of home grown tomatoes, and figs and olives picked straight from her trees, which we ate and cooked with daily to her delight. The house came stocked with wine, spirits, juices, milk, espresso, cereal, breads and snacks. The outdoor dining and cooking area along with the hot tub and rooftop oasis are exquisite and enhance the already stunning views. She even drove us to the town of St Agatha and showed us some of the highlights (local butcher, fish market, freshly made mozzarella vender, and restaurants). Claudia also provided us VIP access to the spectacular seaside Hotel Mediterraneo in Sorrento with access to parking, usage of the pool and jacuzzi. You can hike up beautifully paved cobblestone paths to the village (10 min) or down to Sorrento (50 min), or take a lovely scenic drive with breathtaking cliffside views along the route down to Sorrento ( 20 min). Positano, a must see vision is also a scenic drive (45 min). Undeniably Villa Claudia gets a 10/10. Because of Claudia’s kindness, graciousness, and attention to detail, she made one of the most beautiful places on earth even more exceptional. We can’t wait to return someday soon with friends.

Lovely Villa in Massa Lubrense

We had the loveliest stay at Claudia’s villa. She goes above and beyond to take care of her guests! The villa is located in a beautiful and quaint neighborhood above the hustle and bustle of Sorrento. There are numerous restaurants in walking distance including a two-star Michelin restaurant, Don Alfonso 1890. My only regret is not having more time at this villa!

AMAZING STAY

I stayed at Villa Claudia with a couple of my friends while visiting a couple of different cities in Italy. It’s safe to say that our stay here was one of our favorite parts of the entire trip! As soon as you get there and see the view from the Villa you will know you made the right choice staying at Villa Claudia. The property is spacious and has many things to do. It also has plenty of different relaxing areas where you can sit down and enjoy the breathtaking view. The host also has a personal concierge which was great because we didn’t really know what we would be doing there. The concierge was able to help us with restaurant/activity recommendations along with booking reservations and taxi services to take us around. The lodging itself is spacious and has many different beds and sofas. We had 5 people stay there and there was plenty of beds for everyone. If we ever go back to Sorrento I hope this villa is available because I will be staying here again!

Trip with adult children. Everything is supplied, breakfast , beach towels , concierge , hot tub, outdoor extras, and even kitchen, laundry and bath essentials in abundance! This property is a diamond in the ruff!!! The best decision we made! Away from downtown Sorrento yet so close by taxi or by foot if you’re adventurous!!! This little town in the mountains was magical and the people and the food is incomparable!!! We felt like we were in a movie the whole time there!! Bring comfortable shoes as you walk everywhere but it’s ok as you eat the best they have to offer, so fresh you don’t mind the walk taking in all its beauty!!! Can’t wait to re visit next year!!!!

Amazing Location With Breathtaking Views

This is a must stay for many reasons. Host was awesome, please has the most amazing location with breathtaking views even a roof top relaxation area. BBQ with outdoor living space. Rooms are spacious with a full kitchen that had everything we need.
