Nestled between the tranquil hills and the azure sea, Villa Luci di Capri boasts a new level of comfort. From the private garage, a modern elevator takes you to the villa's panoramic terrace, now equipped with an outdoor solar shower and a private solarium overlooking Capri. Inside, a bright open space and three independent suites with king-size beds and private bathrooms. NEW FEATURES AND ACCESSIBILITY
Villa Luci di Capri has recently undergone a renovation that has enhanced its comfort while fully respecting sustainability. This year's major new features include:
- the installation of a MODERN ELEVATOR directly connecting the private garage to the living area and terrace of the villa, facilitating access to every room;
- a brand new OUTDOOR SOLAR SHOWER installed on the panoramic terrace, allowing you to enjoy the sun while admiring the island of Capri.

LOCATION
Villa Luci di Capri is located in the heart of the hills of Massa Lubrense, a small town on the Sorrento coast, rich in history and tradition, less than ten kilometers from the city of Sorrento.

The property's location offers our guests several advantages:
- being located in a quiet area, it allows you to relax and enjoy the magnificent and unparalleled view of the island of Capri;
- In the immediate vicinity, 190 meters (a two-minute walk) away, there is a bus stop, allowing you to easily explore the Massa Lubrense area, as well as reach destinations such as Sorrento, Positano, and Amalfi.
The house also offers private parking, available to our guests should they wish to use their own or rented vehicles. Our garage can accommodate vehicles of any size.

SUSTAINABILITY AND CLEANLINESS
The house has recently been renovated. The renovations had two main goals:
- obviously, to offer our guests a comfortable space equipped with every necessity, where they can feel at ease throughout their stay;
- to make the house as eco-sustainable as possible. To protect the environment, we have decided to install numerous photovoltaic panels on the roof of our house, whose energy powers the entire house and all the electrical services offered within, particularly the air conditioning installed in every room.
To help protect the environment, we ask our guests to respect the separate waste collection program.
The house also features a water softener that allows you to descale the water, resulting in less limescale, lighter and cleaner water. Speaking of cleanliness, we'd like to point out one thing: the house is COMPLETELY SANITIZED after each check-out.

ROOMS
The property features three bedrooms: the BLUE ROOM, the GREEN ROOM, and the YELLOW ROOM, each with an en-suite bathroom. All rooms are specifically designed to offer our guests maximum comfort, allowing them to unwind after intense days spent on our beautiful Sorrento Peninsula. The beds are large and comfortable; they are king-size double beds that, upon request, can be split into two single beds.
In addition to the standard amenities (desk, armchair, wardrobe, and bedside tables), the bedrooms also feature exclusive amenities such as large smart TVs, Bluetooth speakers built into the ceiling, and air conditioning. Two rooms, the GREEN and the YELLOW, have a large balcony overlooking both Capri and the sea, as well as the large green area surrounding the house, which connects the two rooms. The BLUE ROOM has a comfortable sofa, which can be converted into an extra bed upon request.
As for the bathrooms, each one is equipped with a toilet, bidet, mirror, and sink, but what we're most proud of are our spacious showers decorated with authentic Vietri ceramics. We also offer our guests a basic set of toiletries they can use during their stay.

LIVING AREA
The highlight of the home is undoubtedly the large open space comprising the kitchen, dining room, and living room. Starting with the kitchen, it features all the amenities and appliances you could need: a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, toaster, electric kettle, and microwave, as well as an induction cooktop. For dining, there's a large glass-topped table where guests can share meals together, as well as a wet bar, complete with a coffee machine and two stools. The living room features a 55" 4K smart TV, a comfortable sofa that, upon guest request, can double as a bed to accommodate more guests, and an armchair. This area also houses our router, which provides free internet access throughout the house, including an Ethernet connection.
The highlight of the living room, however, are the large windows that offer breathtaking views of the island of Capri. Lighting inside the house is absolutely not a problem, as these windows are present in every room, flooding every space with natural light. Off the kitchen is a large terrace, also overlooking Capri.
Next to the living area is a small laundry room, where we've provided guests with various amenities to ensure respectful housekeeping, such as a washing machine and vacuum cleaner.
This area of ​​the house is also decorated with Vietri ceramics.

OUTDOOR AREAS
The real highlight is the panoramic terrace, recently expanded and renovated. We've redesigned the spaces to offer guests even more space to relax, dine at open air, or enjoy the sunset over Capri.
- OUTDOOR DINING: The outdoor area is furnished with a new, elegant and functional dining set, ideal for meals overlooking the sea or simply spending time outdoors with friends;
- SOLARIUM AND RELAXATION AREA: Equipped with two deckchairs and two sun loungers, for relaxing in the open air under the umbrella;
- SOLAR SHOWER: Next to the solarium, the new outdoor solar shower will provide you with moments of absolute regenerating freshness upon returning from your excursions;
- DECORATED GARDEN AND ROSE GARDEN: The house, and especially the terrace, is adorned with vases and flowers that will allow you to feel immersed in nature. Next to the terrace, we've also created a decorated garden. Furthermore, next to the entrance staircase, which is always available as an alternative to the elevator, there is a beautiful rose garden;
- FREE PRIVATE GARAGE: On the lower level, there is a private garage for the exclusive use of guests, suitable for vehicles of any size and connected to the villa by a modern elevator.

• Massa Lubrense has a tourist tax, payable locally in cash. For the period between April 1st and October 31st, it amounts to €3.00 per person per night, for a maximum of seven nights. Children under 18 and those over 75 are exempt.
