Located just a few kilometers from the lively and bustling town of Sorrento and close to the city center of Massa Lubrense, this two-story, 5-bedroom villa is light and spacious throughout and offers a variety of outdoor living spaces—gardens, terraces, balconies—all beautifully furnished with lounge chairs and outdoor décor, ensuring total peace and privacy. The villa is spread over two floors.
The first floor features a well-equipped kitchen, living and dining room, laundry room, and a single bedroom with an en suite bathroom. The traditionally styled kitchen is adorned with green and white Mediterranean tiles combined with wooden cabinets, plus everything you’ll need to prepare a home-cooked meal: stovetop, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator-freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, and coffee maker.
The main living area of the villa is spacious and offers a superb view of the sea through the large glass windows that surround all the rooms. The ground-floor patio, located off the main kitchen, is furnished with a dining table and provides amazing views of the bay.
This area is well-protected and offers a cool retreat from the summer heat thanks to its shaded “pagliarelle” thatching, typical of the Sorrento area.
