First floor: kitchenette + living room (with a comfortable single/double sofa bed), bathroom with a half-sized tub.

Mezzanine: bedroom, small bedroom, bathroom with shower, balcony. Small garden with patio, outdoor table, and parking space. Equipped with TV, washing machine, conventional oven, and microwave. Sleeps up to 6. If needed, we can provide a high chair and a bed rail.

Conveniently located near all amenities. The new NOA Hospital and Don Gnocchi Hospital are within walking distance.

Located at the foot of the Apuan Alps, which shield it from the north winds, it enjoys a mild climate year-round. This makes it ideal not only for summer stays but also starting in February, when the trees begin to bloom.
