Location: This beautiful rustico is located approx. 4 km from Massa and is close to the Apuan Alps. The rustico was renovated in 2006 without damaging its original character. The detached house is situated in the middle of a nature park and enjoys an absolutely peaceful location. There is a partial view of the sea. The house is ideal for holidaymakers seeking peace and quiet. The large plot is not fenced but is very well maintained. A beautiful terrace offers the opportunity to dine outside, barbecue and enjoy the fantastic surroundings. The car can be parked on the property. Barbecue, microwave, oven available. Washing machine and dishwasher available. Wifi connection free of charge.
