Wohnung in Nachsaison nicht empfehlenswert

Das Mehrfamilienhaus liegt in relativ enger Bebauung. Sonne auf der Terrasse nur sehr kurz am Vormittag. Die Wohnung ist sehr dunkel. Der zum Haus gehörende Garten ist ungepflegt. Zu unserer Reisezeit Mitte Oktober wurde in der Wohnung alles leicht feucht. Das Gebäude würde sich über Renovierungen freuen.

Sehr angenehme Ferienwohnung und sehr gastfreundli

Die Ferienwohnung in Marina du Massa ist für eine vierköpfige Familie ideal zugeschnitten. Der mediterrane Stil der Wohnung mit Garten und Terrasse ist sehr angenehm für die Sommerzeit . Küche und Bad sind in gepflegtem Zustand. Die Vermieter sind sehr gastfreundlich und bieten gelegentlich kulinarisches an.Die Wohnung hat genügend Platz und ist sehr angenehm. Sogar ein schattiger Stellplatz fürs Auto. Der Strand ist mit 400 Meter nicht weit entfernt. Viele tolle Strände in der Nähe , Pisa etc.

Wir kamen als Gäste und gingen als Freunde

Gastgeber war sehr freundlich ,stand mit Rat und Tat bereit. Mit englisch konnten wir uns verständigen.Die Strassen im Wohngebiet sind etwas eng, Zufahrt zum Haus für normale Pkw ok, bei Suv wird es eng. Wir waren mitte Okt. dort bis zu 23 Grad

relax e comodità in zona tranquilla

Vorremmo segnalare un'esperienza che merita assolutamente. Sistemazione tranquilla e confortevole in un bel giardino ricco di fiori e piante. Ospitalità squisita con frutti dell'orto e della pesca davvero graditi. Punto di partenza per gite in Versilia,Pisa e Lucca. Da ripetere!

Meine Frau und ich können uns ...

Meine Frau und ich können uns keine bessere Unterkunft vorstellen. Es ist alles da, was man im Urlaub braucht. Es ist vorbildlich sauber und der Besitzer, der im gleichen Haus wohnt, ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Wir fahren im nächsten Jahr auf jeden Fall wieder hin. Reisetipps: Die Toskana bietet so viele Sehenswürdigkeiten, das man diese in einem Urlaub gar nicht alle besuchen kann.
