The villa is located on a quiet, easily accessible street, with a private parking lot that can accommodate up to three cars—convenient for a stress-free arrival.



You’ll be greeted by a beautiful garden surrounding the villa, keeping it cool and pleasant: the perfect place to relax in the shade of the porch with a book or a glass of fine local wine.

The interior spaces are spread over two floors, designed to make you feel right at home. On the first floor, a spacious, bright living room with a sleeper sofa welcomes you, along with a fully equipped kitchen—ideal for those who love to cook while on vacation—and a bathroom with a shower.

Upstairs, there is a master bedroom and a second bedroom with two single beds, both served by a second bathroom with a tub and shower.

For your convenience, there is a laundry room with a washer and dryer in the basement.
