PRIVATE STRUCTURE (RENT ONLY) – Villa Sky is a charming private villa with pool in Le Marche region in Massa Fermana, a small town immersed in the green countryside, in the province of Fermo. Furnished with elements of great refinement and attention to detail, the villa offers everything necessary to ensure the highest comfort and to spend unforgettable stays with friends and relatives. Guests have access to a panoramic swimming pool, Jacuzzi, game room, outdoor cinema, gym equipment and sauna. Outside, there are large green areas equipped for relaxation and al fresco dining. The property is completely gated.

The property consists of a main villa and a dependance. The main villa is on two floors; on the ground floor there is the kitchen with dining room, twin bedroom, living room, toilet and laundry area. On the first floor there are five double bedrooms, two of them with private bathroom with shower, bathroom with tub and shower. The dependance with independent access consists of a double bedroom and bathroom with shower. The outdoor area of the villa is under video surveillance. Window nets are available in the main villa. Beautiful villa,enough space for everyone,good beds,kitchen was excellent,we like to cook.Swimming pool clean and gorgeous,Lucio was a very good property manager,you could ask him anything
