Great stay in Mason City with updated bathrooms, new carpets and good selection of warm and cold breakfast items. Laundry was by the indoor pool. Thank you for serving breakfast at 6 AM. Gave us a great start for a long day on the road.

Thank you for allowing dogs on your property. I think you should do a courtesy cleanup of every room at least every second day and at least provide clean towels and things every second or third day if a person stays there more than two days.

Thank you for allowing dogs on the property. That is a plus. However, I was there four nights and had no courtesy cleaning of the room and I think that should happen at least every two nights with the provision of extra bath towels, etc..

Room was clean as far as we could tell. Front desk was helpful after they had completed their personal conversations both on the phone and in person with a friend (?). No hot tub. Elevator works quickly. Bathroom door would only latch if you lifted up on it as you pulled it shut and the toilet wobbled something fierce. Person stocking the breakfast was working hard but there were a lot of people there when we went so had to wait for eggs and such.Had one other issue with booking they were not willing to be flexible with, so be careful.
