Everything was fantastic, my only suggestion for improvement would be water & vending. The vending machines lacked snacks, only a few options to choose from. The soda vending machines only had cans for $1.50 each, and no water bottles. The water fountain was blocked by the vending machines, so my only water source was the sink or convenience store. Otherwise, everything was great, I got to have the dog with me for a very small pet fee, staff was wonderful, and the bed was very comfortable!

Needed more protein choices for breakfast. Lot of cold air infiltration around windows. Appreciated fridge and microwave in room. Water was hot in shower except one setting on shower head which made it turn cold.

The gentleman at the front desk wasn’t friendly. The hotel need a true makeover. The room smelled from the moment we walked in. The carpet was old and the furniture looks as it was purchased from an old hospital room. Very dim lighting one of the lights didn’t work at all. There was some type of black bugs that lived under the bathroom mirror. Just terrible maybe this type of hotel is best fitted for a 3rd world country.
