Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
I don’t typically complain but this was not a good experience. Our check-in took almost 20 mins(no line) the woman seemed a bit strung out. Our room was not clean, sheets appeared to be unchanged with stains in a number of spots as well as on the pillowcases. Shower was dirty and lastly the AC unit leaked through the night and soaked the carpet up to the first bed.

The hotel was exceptionally clean and the staff was very helpful and polite and knowledgeable. The rooms were comfortable. It would have been nice to have a coffee pot in the room but that is the only thing that I missed. The hot tub was comfortable but it wasn't very hot. Vinnie was very helpful! The breakfast was also excellent.
