I travel a lot and this is honestly of the best hotels I’ve stayed at. The outside of the hotel is immaculate. The inside is pristine and smells WONDERFUL throughout. The front desk staff is super friendly and helpful and the rooms are beautiful and super comfortable. The breakfast bar was great. I have celiac disease so I’m not able to find much at most self serve breakfast bars but this hotel has sausage, yogurts, boiled eggs and fruit that I knew was safe for me to eat. They also had hot omelets ( though those sometimes have flour used in them so I steered clear), biscuits and gravy, hot cinnamon rolls, a pancake maker, cereals and muffins for people to choose from. They also had a coffee machine that ground the coffee beans fresh before making you a cup.

Staff were great. I was in the lobby waiting to get my room key fixed and a patron was out of control acting ridiculous and making insane accusations to the girl behind the desk. She maintained calm and never got upset. I told her to call the cops as he was frightening to me. She stated she was ok. Good for her she should get a raise! Otherwise great stay quiet and delicious breakfast.

I prepaid with a ATM Bank card, I checked and went to eat when I come back I was told my bank card was declined and did I have another card, so I gave my credit card and $50 was subtracted from my credit card as a deposit, I was told after the $50 deposit that a miracle happened and my bank ATM card had went trough, Why lie ,just say we look to poor to have money and you need a deposit just in case we stole something. Last time I spend good money at this hotel.

Room carpet is old but hotel is very clean so don’t care. Hotel is nicely maintained. AC works well. Breakfast was great and staff personally got my daughter hard boiled eggs after breakfast was closing. We appreciated getting a noon check out as we got in late. I like Marriott hotels but some Fairfield hotels are not up to good standards. Have had problems at Holiday Inn Express hotels in the past but this hotel has changed my opinion. Now if reviews are positive I will consider them.
