The staff were wonderful. We got caught in the blizzard Sunday Dec 28. I 35 was closed at the clear lake exit and I booked us a room at Americas best value inn. There was a long line up of people hoping to get a room. The staff stayed calm and polite as one by one they got us all checked in. The next morning there was a lovely breakfast and hot coffee all ready for us. The lady that was doing everything (from what I could tell) was so friendly and hard working. I would stop at this hotel again.

What I appreciated the most was a kind, caring staff. The room was ok but not top of the line. I had a warm bed, hot bath, fairly good sleep and the staff made a big difference to me in how kind and helpful they were.

Front desk was pre-processed and had me checking in within 3 minutes. Room was just expected. Needs comfy with. 3 partner pump pulled on each bed. Nice stay. expected
